Add all of the sauce ingredients - except the Apple Cider Vinegar - to a large saucepan.
Heat on high until it starts to bubble a little, but don't let it boil.
Reduce heat to Low and add vinegar. Stir to combine.
Cover and let simmer for 30 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes to keep the bottom from scorching.
Remove the sauce from the heat and use immediately.

To save this sauce for future use, take it off the stove and set aside until it's cooled to room temperature.
