Green Leaf Salad

Ingredients

Green leaf lettuce

Iceburg lettuce
1/4
cup
Carrots
1/4
cup
Cucumber
1

Roma tomato
Cheese of choice
(sharp shredded cheddar and crumbled feta or blue are my favorites!)
Dressing of choice
(blue cheese and most Italians are low in carbs)
Instructions
Rinse all vegetables and pat dry
Chop both lettuce types and add to a large mixing bowl
Shred carrots or dice into small pieces and add to mixing bowl
Dice tomatoes into large pieces and add to mixing bowl
Top with cheese of your choice
Serve in salad bowls and top with dressing of your coice
