These cauliflower treats are surprisingly scrumptious. Cauliflower is an interesting veggie. It has a unique (often offending) flavor and odor on it’s own, but add other flavors and it’s own seems to disappear. That is the case with these buffalo bites. I like to think of them as cauliflower wings. They’re perfect while watching the game or as a snack on a lazy afternoon.
The buffalo wing sauce makes these hard to resist. If you’re sharing with more than 3 or more other people, I strongly suggest you double the recipe.
Buffalo Bites
Servings 3
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp table salt
- 1 cup Ranch dressing for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F
- Rinse cauliflower and pat dry
- Remove cauliflower's green leaves and center stock
- Cut or break cauliflower florets into large pieces and place in a large bowl
- In a small bowl mix wing sauce, 2 tbsp olive oil, garlic powder, and salt
- Drizzle wing sauce mixture over cauliflower and stir to coat all florets
- Cover a large cookie sheet in foil and coat foil with 1 tbsp olive oil
- Spread cauliflower on the foil and bake for 30 minutes
- Remove from oven and serve immediately with Ranch dip
