Cuisine American, Italian

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pork rind crumbs
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese Kraft or Parmigiano Regiano Wedge
  • 1 tbsp granulated garlic
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp table salt
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne powder

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients in medium bowl and mix well. Transfer to a large airtight spice bottle, jar, or zip lock bag and store in the refrigerator up to 1 month or freezer up to 3 months (best in the refrigerator).

Notes

To prepare pork rind crumbs: use unflavored plain pork rinds. Grind entire bag using a food processor with S blade attached.  Crumb texture can be course (like Japanese panko crumbs) or fine (not as fine as flour). Store in a tightly sealed jar or zip lock bag in the fridge or freezer for up to 3 months.
