Many commercially made ranch dressings – jarred and powdered, have sugar added. It is sometimes a significant amount. As low-carb’ers, we eat a lot of salads, chicken, and other yummies that are made even yummier with ranch dressing or dip. That’s why low carb ranch options are needed. There are some low-carb commercial versions available. But if you can’t find one or prefer to make your own, then this recipe is for you.
Ranch Dressing Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried dill weed
- 1/4 tsp celery salt
- 1/2 tsp dried mustard powder
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients, pour into a jar, and seal well
- Refrigerate and use before earliest expiration of mayonnaise or sour cream
Notes
If this is too thick for your preference, simply add 1/4 cup of almond milk to the finished product. Shake and serve!
